Cover Story Shop accepts the following payment methods:
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Cover Story Shop via e-mail within and no later than 2 working days from the order acceptance date. We will ship the ordered items the day after the amount due has been credited. The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order. Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to: servizioclienti@coverstoryshop.com, specifying in the subject line: “Bank Transfer Receipt - Order No.”.
For credit card payments, we use the Gestpay platform by Banca Sella. This is a banking gateway, so credit card details are not communicated to Cover Story Shop, and the authorization and payment phases are managed by Banca Sella's secure server. This is a secure and risk-free procedure that protects the customer from any possible abuse. Please note that, thanks to this system, Cover Story Shop does not in any way view the credit card number of its customers. Cover Story Shop reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. Should the customer fail to provide such information, Cover Story Shop reserves the right not to accept the purchase order.
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered with the PayPal circuit. Your financial data will not be shared with Cover Story Shop but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of order cancellation (either by the customer or by Cover Story Shop), the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Cover Story Shop will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during the refund process.
It is possible to pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. This payment method involves an additional cost of €5.00 charged to the customer. At the time of delivery, it is necessary to have the exact order amount in cash, and the courier is not required to have change available. For any refund, a bank account will be requested for the payment.
Any other payment methods may be accepted solely at the discretion of Cover Story Shop. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Cover Story Shop, and the ordered products remain the property of Cover Story Shop until full payment of the corresponding price.
