All data collected will be processed at the data controller's premises, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.

The data controller processes users' personal data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal personnel, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to personal data, also appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the data controller.

The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the data controller. CAMA srls guarantees users that the processing of personal data will be reserved for uses strictly connected and related to the provision of its services, the facilitation of site management and order fulfillment. In case of payment by credit card, the fundamental information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the responsible body for processing or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able, in any way, to access them. This information will never be viewed or stored by the seller (CAMA srls).

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as provided for by art. 11, letter e) of the Privacy Code. CAMA srls adopts all the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data, in order to avert the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illicit and incorrect use. However, CAMA srls cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or data dispersion by user's devices.

For this reason, we suggest that site users ensure that their computer is equipped with adequate software for protecting data transmission over the network (e.g., updated antivirus) and that their Internet Provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission over the network. Users can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.

Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Through the same contact, the user may also request an updated list of all data processors appointed by the data controller.

The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, with the exception of cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to a violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the purposes for which they were collected. The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by publicizing them to users on this page. Please therefore consult this page often, referring to the date of last modification indicated at the end of the document.

In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy, you may request the data controller to delete your personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous Privacy Policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to that point.
