General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Cover Story Shop are sold directly by Cover Story Shop, a company under Italian law, with registered office in Via Roma, 8 - VAT number: 02860690649.
The offer and sale of products on the Cover Story Shop website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Cover Story Shop and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
How to purchase
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Cover Story Shop may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Cover Story Shop is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Cover Story Shop. If, at the time of ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed. If, due to simultaneous purchase by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent. Cover Story Shop may change the products offered for sale on Cover Story Shop and their relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros. The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance. Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal account ("register for free") by the Customer. Please read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site. The purchase of products offered for sale on Cover Story Shop can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Cover Story Shop is prohibited. Cover Story Shop reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders and will notify the customer via email of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
At the time of purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Cover Story Shop accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Cover Story Shop via e-mail no later than 3 working days from the date of order acceptance. We will send the ordered items upon crediting of the due amount, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance. The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order. Send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to Cover Story Shop specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer receipt - order".
Credit and Debit Cards
For credit card payments, we use the Gestpay platform by Banca Sella. This is a banking gateway, so credit card data is not communicated to [site name] and the authorization and payment phases are managed by Banca Sella's secure server. This is a secure and risk-free procedure that protects the customer from any possible abuse. We remind you that, thanks to this system, [site name] does not in any way display the credit card number of its customers. [site name] reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information, [site name] reserves the right not to accept the purchase order.
PayPal
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered with the PayPal circuit. Your financial data will not be shared with [site name] but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of order cancellation (either by the customer or by [site name]), the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. [site name] will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during the refund process.
Any other payment methods may be accepted solely at the discretion of Cover Story Shop. For more information and/or clarification, you can send an email to Cover Story Shop, and the ordered products remain the property of Cover Story Shop until full payment of the relative price.
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is borne by the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS or DHL courier. Shipping costs 10 euros for Italy, unless promotions, when applicable, indicated on the website, provide for free delivery.
Delivery zones
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer. We do not ship to post office boxes.
