Returns
Cover Story Shop, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, aims to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must necessarily be made at the Customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
To send one or more returns to Cover Story Shop, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) All items sold on the Cover Story Shop website are delivered to the Customer with a barcode on the tag attached to the garment or on the box. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the barcode. Returns will only be accepted if the barcode is perfectly intact.
B) Returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) Items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and wrapped.
D) All other labels on the garment, accessory or footwear, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) The Customer wishing to exchange an item for a different size, color or item must initiate the return procedure and place a new order on the Cover Story Shop website.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Cover Story Shop reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
A) To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to: servizioclienti@coverstoryshop.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, Cover Story Shop customer service will send the Customer written confirmation with specific instructions to follow.
B) Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. Send the package to Cover Story Shop Via Roma, 8 at the premises of Via Roma, 8 83031 Ariano Irpino (AV), Italy. Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Cover Story Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delayed delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or using the same method and type of packaging. All returned items will be inspected by Cover Story Shop staff to verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Cover Story Shop reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the returned items can be resold. Such amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been correctly followed, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to a credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
